A 34 year old Guatemalan man facing attempted arson charges in Danbury is now in federal custody. Prosecutors say Edvin Barnica Esquivel was arrested for illegally reentering the United States after being deported twice. He appeared in federal court in Bridgeport and was ordered held pending further proceedings.
